What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice to compensate for the time reserved.
